Kicking it Old School with Revlon Streetwear

Today we are going to get into a time capsule and travel back in to time to the 1990's with Revlon StreetWear. Hang on tight, it may be a bumpy ride!!!

I have a birthday party to go to Friday night and my outfit is a fun orange, and I wanted to commit the ultimate nail polish sin and go matchy matchy have an orange manicure as well.  I decided on Revlon StreetWear Shocking, along with an accent nail.

The above picture is shown with 2 coats of Revlon Sweetwear Shocking topped with Essie Go to Good.  The accent nails is two coats of Nail Pattern Boldness Seppuku (with a Frisbee).

The Revlon StreetWear polish is GORGEOUS in so many ways. If you look closely you can see the yellow shimmer it has in it which is very visible on the nail.

I picked this up in a swap a very long time ago. I am angry with myself that I waited this long to use it lol.

The formula is gorgeous. This was so very smooth and so easy to apply. It only takes two coats, which I love. I think it's all the glorious chemicals in the formula lol. Remember, this polish was created prior to the B3Free wave.

I also want to do an accent nail.

I decided on Nail Pattern Boldness Seppuku (with a Frisbee). It has the same orange and yellows in it as Shocking. These two are the perfect pair.

Once I put these to two together it was like a match made in heaven.

Thanks for visiting guys and let me know what you think. Do you guys like wearing orange polish, or is it a no no color for you?
