Dollish Polish Dino-mite Yoshi

Hi guys, I'm back with the third polish from My Dollish Polish Mario Swatch Marathon. For everyone's convenience I added the label Dollish Polish Mario Collection on the bottom left sidebar so you can go back and see any that you have missed from the collection.

Tonight I have Dino-mite Yoshi for you all. This is probably the polish I anticipated most from this collection.

This is 3 coats of Chine Glaze Tree Hugger with 3 coats of Dino-mite Yoshi. These were all very thin coats, so it's not super thick on the nail. I also added thinner to this polish, but I do all my Indies now. I love customizing them to the consistency that I like.

The glitters in this polish are mind blowing...Gold, Green, Red, Hexagonal, Square and micro glitter....A BEAUTY!!!

This one reminds me a bit of Christmas lol. I will be adding this to my end of year polishes for the Holidays. It's Me Mario was perfect for the 4th of July and the Olympics, Peachy Princess would be great for Valentine's Day, and this one is perfect for Christmas. I love that some of this collection has dual Holiday usage....AWESOME!!!

This polish did NOT disappoint!

I hope you guys like it. It's pure LOVE for me. Don't forget, tomorrow night I will have the 4th polish swatch of this Series up, so make sure you come back :)

Thanks for visiting!

Dollish Polish Peachy Princess

As some of you may remember, I was lucky enough to be able to get a full Dollish Polish Mario Collection when it was first got released.  I did swatch It's me Mario already, and you can see that HERE.

Today I am going to swatch a Peachy Princess. Also, I going to swatch the remaining 6 colors over the next 6 days ...a Dollish Polish Marathon!

EDIT: This is three coats of China Glaze Naked topped with two coats of Peachy Princess. I did thin this one, but I usually thin all my Indie polishes.

I LOVE THIS!!! I layered it over China Glaze Naked, which is a gorgeous pink with hidden shimmer. Kelly got me this polish at Xmas time, and it's soooo pretty. I'm glad he purchased this for me, I would not have picked it for myself and it's gorgeous. A Peachy Princess was a perfect match for Naked.

PRETTY PRETTY :)

I work during daylight hours, so I do not have outside shots of this one (sorry). I bet in the sun this one dazzles.

Here is the full Mario Collection set....

Stay tuned and visit this time tomorrow night for the next polish...

New Facebook Page and more info....

Today I redecorated a little bit.

* I have removed my link to Instagram. I really do not use it at all and I have also been seeing a lot of complaints about stolen pictures from other bloggers. I really don't want to open that can of worms - so I nixed my Instagram link.

* I have a new FACEBOOK PAGE ---- wooohooo! Click below and LIKE me :)

The page is really really new. I just started it today, but I plan on adding a lot in the next several days. I get a lot of nail mail that I do not show on my blog, but I will be showing on my Facebook. I will be adding lots of things that my blog will not showcase. I currently only have 2 likes, and look forward to seeing you all join me there.

* We are getting close to 400 followers here (wooohoo). Once we hit 400 I will be having an awesome giveaway here, so stay tuned - we are real close!

Thanks for visiting :)

Candy Lacquer LE Spotlight - Cherry Berry, Summer Sweets and Fruit Salad!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Today I have a fun post for you all. During the last Candy Lacquer Sale three Limited Edition polishes where offered. As soon as I saw the preview bottle shots on Facebook, I was in love. I eyed up Fruit Salad for days. I'm still not sure how I pulled it off, but I was able to order all three of the LE polishes :) My fingers moved so fast, I was sure by the time I checked out they would be gone. By some small miracle, I was able to get the set :)

Freeman - #3 - Acai Clay Mask

I know it's been a while since I last added to my Freeman Face Mask Series. Today I will be reviewing the Clay Acai Mask. I ended up staying late at a family birthday party last Saturday night (an hour and half drive from home)  and decided to spend the night in a hotel. This way I could shop the area stores in the morning and than head home after a good rest. I had a second family birthday party this Friday and another family picnic this Sunday, it has been CRAZY to say the least lol.

Once I reached the hotel for the evening I was feeling extremely yuck and warn out. When this happens to me I love to do a face mask or face scrub, it is the best pick me up ever. I turned to this mask that I had on hand.

This mask is created from the Acai Berry. For those of you that are not familiar with the Acai berry, it is a berry that is found in the rainforests of Brazil. It provides the skin with amazing benefits such as high levels of antioxidants that fight off free radicals that cause premature aging. I believe it is also contains Silicone, which helps to improve collagen productions. Improved collagen productions leads to strength and elasticity of the skin. Anything that helps me not look like a wrinkled prune as I get older, gets a thumbs up in my book lol.

This is your typical hardening clay face mask as far as consistency and texture are concerned.

(akkk - hotel bathroom lighting is just the worst)

This was fabulous. One of the things I liked most about this mask was although it is a hardening mask, it did not get rock hard and have that 'pulling' effect on the skin that most of these hardening type masks produce. My skin gets irritated when masks tighten too much and actually tug at your skin as they dry. This was not the case with this mask at all. It had a more subtle softer effect while drying.

I also loved the smell which was very sweet and pleasant. I am very picky about heavy scents on my face, and this one was very subtle and pleasant.

Once I rinsed the mask off, my skin felt very soft. I wasn't overly dry like most clay masks feel on my skin after I remove them. I did have to add a moisturizer, but that should be a given after a mask. I used my regular amount and did not have to slather on extra.  The following morning after waking, my skin still felt dewy and soft. I caught myself touching my face throughout the day just to feel it again. I loved this mask a lot and it will without question be added to my keep and repeat use list. I highly recommend this one.

Thank you for visiting, and I will have another mask series post up again soon.
