Naild'it Dandelion

First, this is my second post of the day. Please check out my last post HERE, where I was the featured as the Blogger of the Month over at xoxoalexisleigh.

On to today's post of Naild'it Dandelion. I purchased this polish a bit back, and I finally got around to using it today.

If you are not familiar with Naild'it, you can find Andrea's polishes on Etsy HERE. Her shop name over at Etsy is 'andeevie'. She is a super sweet lady and her polishes are true genius. Every time she creates anything new, it's a must have for my Indie collection.

Today I have Dandelion. Originally I wanted to do this over green, but that seems too 'summerish' to me. Yes, 'summerish' as in too summer like haha. Today is September 1st plus Hurricane Isaac is above us and making things dark and gloomy, so I went with a more 'dark' and gloomy look.

This is 2 coats of Wet n Wild Black, layered with 2 coats of Dandelion. I actually did not thin this one, and the formula was just fine. The Glitters are super pretty in this. It contains small white hex glitter, white bar glitter, medium yellow hex glitter, and large white Hex glitter. There is also a small amount of darker small hex glitter, but because I layered over black those will not show this manicure.

I'm super happy with this manicure, and I was able to give it a Fall touch (less summerish lol) by layering it over black.

I haven't added a Matte Top Coat on a manicure in a while, so today I changed that! I really like to Matte black manicures. I used Hard Candy's Matte Top Coat for this.

Thanks for visiting guys. I hope everyone remained safe and well during Isaac.

Also, don't forget that The Polish Hoochie has joined FACEBOOK, so come visit me there too :)
