Candy Lacquer LE Spotlight - Cherry Berry, Summer Sweets and Fruit Salad!

I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Today I have a fun post for you all. During the last Candy Lacquer Sale three Limited Edition polishes where offered. As soon as I saw the preview bottle shots on Facebook, I was in love. I eyed up Fruit Salad for days. I'm still not sure how I pulled it off, but I was able to order all three of the LE polishes :) My fingers moved so fast, I was sure by the time I checked out they would be gone. By some small miracle, I was able to get the set :)

First is CHERRY BERRY. I used OPI Conquistadorbale as my base color.

There is a mix of pinks, reds, and purples in different shades. I love the crinkled glitters.

This polish a bit more purplish than in my swatches. My camera tends to struggle with anything with the slightest purple tones. It sees purple, and starts screaming for mercy!

This polish is plain and simple gorgeous. It definitely reminds me of fresh berries that you pick in the summer. I wanted to nibble on my fingers lol.

Next up is Summer Sweets. I layered this one over China Glaze Sugar High. I was looking for a really true pink for the base.

Look at the gorgeous combo of colors. This makes me think of candy and more candy. You can layer this over almost any color.

This just had barbie pink written all over for a base color :)

It tore my heart out to have to remove this lol! For some strange reason this one gave me a few top coat bubbles. I think I must have rushed the layers *innocent look* :)

Finally, this is my favorite of the set - Fruit Salad! I can not tell you how much I am in love with this polish. I layerd this over Essie California Coral.

How beautiful is this?! This has been quickly added to my top 5 for me!

I love the the large red hex glitter that looks like the cherries you get in fruit salad cups. This is the perfect name for this polish, It REALLY looks like a fruit salad.

 

I wil be wearing this for the rest of the weekend. I could NOT take this off.

By far, my favorite of this set is Fruit Salad.
